800 club member here, and I never carry a $0 balance. I do however pay the statement balance in full each month, and I use the card again immediately after. But I’m never reporting zero 🤷‍♀️

I have tried 3 times to listen to this man, but his voice tone and pace drives me up a wall. Truly, good info but cannot stand to hear his YAMMERING!!!

I never carry a balance, never missed a payment, never paid financing fees & have signed up/cancelled over 120 CC's (Welcome bonus hunting) in the last 18 years. My credit score is 817.

I'm making good progress for a 21yo. I'm at 770 so far. Hope to hit 790-800 this year

I just pay in full on the due date. I don’t give a crap about this messed up credit game. I pay what is owed when it’s owed. They play too many games. Should be good enough the fact that I paid it on time and in full. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This (credit utilization) was explained so well for the lay person. I carry a balance every month. My score went up when I started paying on the statement date. Now I know to pay a couple of days "before" statement date for an even higher credit score. Thanks Mike!

I pay each credit card off twice a month in full. I use them to pay for almost everything and get the cash back option. My credit rating sits right at a perfect score. I don't pay for anything with a credit card that I can't afford to pay for in cash.

Grew from 540 to 780 in 2 years. Get a few credit cards through businesses you shop from regularly and one you can use for anything. Always pay more than the minimum but keep your total credit usage below 30% every month to grow the fastest.

Many credit cards also allow you to change your due date for your convenience. My credit cards all have the same due date. Makes things easier to remember.

I'm in the 800 club. Just pay off your last statement balance every month and keep your balances low. Do not spend beyond your means or spend on things that can be paid on a debit card

None of this should matter at all. If you pay you credit card on time, thats the only thing that should matter. Period. Our whole damn credit life is to damn complicated.

I think another important component to this conversation is at what point does it not matter what your credit score is? If I have a credit score of 780 and I secure a loan for 48 months at that lenders lowest interest rate say 3% and you have a credit score of 850 your going to get the same 3%.

I was solid in the 800 club until the hurricanes and the insurance company screwed us and we had to utilize our cards up to high 20%. Scored tanked to below 800 in a month and has hovered around mid 700. The rocket / parachute effect. Quick to go down, forever to go back up.

Play the game, and get the points. The only way to use CC's.

Huh??? I pay off the full balance by the due date every month. Been doing that for decades. Yes that means a balance is reported to the agencies every cycle for every card used, equal to my monthly spending.

Not reporting zero balance does NOT hurt my credit score.

I have a near perfect credit score. I regularly review all three credit agency reports.

The efficiency of this *Cynext solution* is next level. To juggle walk throughs of various angles on the topic delivered to-camera, different content per topic from various folks underneath the umbrella of the track list of the larger big band concert itself is engaging and refined.Awesome work!

This is like the 5th video I’ve seen about this same topic on 5 different channels this week, lol. I’m still going to watch tho because the last part’s the most important 😂😂😂

Divide payment by 4 and pay weekly. This lowers the amount of interest you pay because it's compounded daily. This helps your credit score too. Never go over 30% balance and use it regularly for monthly expenses to keep it moving.
