I missed a bill payment on an automated draft when I had money in the account. I STILL don't know how that happened! Now...as "punishment" I have to go into the establishment for the next 6 months to pay my bill. SMH

I forgot to change an automatic payment to my new account. I paid that account bi weekly and it was up to date so I didn't miss a payment but they closed my account simply due to two payments being returned. I was really upset.
