Well, In Henry danger goomer ( who cat was friends with in Sam and cat) said “ I used to be friends with his sister” or something like that and goomer was working with frankini so, they most definitely are siblings. Plus, if her brother is really weird, it makes sense why he’s a super villain in Henry danger
