jade was never threatened by cat friendship with beck, she liked hanging out with her, she genuinely cared for and trusted cat. Sam enjoyed every day living with cat, no one else would have been able to make a partnership work with sam. so honestly both of them are her best friends.

I would Probably have to go with Jade because Cat knew her for years and they went to the same school together and did a great things for each other and being supportive. I like Sam too but cat and Jade are first cause they know each other longer and same goes with Sam and Carly.
