Still cannot support 12 hr work day as norm! Work life balance is important and it doesn’t mean that you don’t work! First part was so hard to hear! Rest all goes very well!

Well said sir. The people who got laid off, they will definitely find a job if they are competent. Current situation in India is, even if you are an average skilled IT engineer, you won't have any difficulty finding a job. People who are not ready to upgrade their skills or add value to organisations, are the only one who need to be worried.
