Big ups to everyone working effortlessly trying to earn a living while building wealth. I’m 62 and my husband 65 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. Saving and investing lifestyle made it possible for us this early even till now we earn monthly through passive income.

We retired at 55 and 53. Not buying lunch, coffee on the way to work, or lottery tickets helped. We lived in a small house and had used furniture. Kids
never got toys unless it was a holiday or birthday. They all had part time jobs as teens. Tina

The biggest way we save money on groceries is eating food that's in season and now letting anything in the fridge go bad. Even if we buy the "expensive" foods, if we only buy as much as we will eat it saves a ton of money.

To waste less food, I write a list of all the food I have in the fridge and pantry and leave it on the fridge so I can always see what I have! I also plan meals around what I already have, only buy what's on my grocery list, and have started growing my own food :)

Our child is getting ready to move out for the first time. We are so proud of the frugality shown. Teaching a person how to cook, shopping, and saving money are important life habits. Leftovers are golden in a large family. All of our children have learned waste, not want not for sure.

I'm all about being frugal. Now if my significant other would stay on the path with me I stead of getting distracted. It makes it so much smoother when as a couple your both on the same page.

The feeling of knowing you can cover the cost of any unexpected occurrence, and don't have any pressing debt is priceless.

Buying food at the grocery that is unprocessed and plant based has saved me money. Beans, rice, and lentils are filling, delicious, and cheap. I went from canned to dried for more savings but I still keep canned beans on days when I want a quick meal.

I had this spending practice where I spent as if I had my previous salary. This simple practice has saved me a lot of money on foolish expenses

Someone once said, “ think global, act local”. I guess that fits the principle of realizing the difference a small amount saved daily makes at the end of a year. Thanks for this video!

It’s really hard to save up on housing when you live in a country where rent ends up being at least 50% of one person’s income 😭

Food shopping was the part I found the most interesting. I often make more than I need and so the next day we have it again with something different x

Love your definition of frugality! What helps me with packing lunch the next day is to cook a little extra at dinner the night before - so that leftover can be the next day's lunch. Great tips here, thanks Ronald!

I'm more mindful of what I buy when it comes to groceries, and I avoid food waste my not shopping again until I've eaten everything in the fridge. My 20 year old car with 156K needs a major repair that will cost me at least $3, 400 so I'm going to start taking the bus to work or even walking in order to prolong the use of my car. As far as entertainment, books are free at the library, and so it Youtube. I dropped by gym membership right before the pandemic shutdown because I knew gyms would be closing, but have not signed up again because I can do most of the exercises at home. My next goal is to increase my income, so I'm looking into selling online, and learning new skills to add to my resume.

Bringing a lunch is my favorite tip. I’m always so mad at myself when I spend $10+ and it’s not even all that good. I recently decided I will only buy lunch out when I’m traveling for work or out with my husband or friends

I enjoy all of your videos. I spent over 20 years in credit card debt. It was difficult to make the monthly payments. I filled for bankruptcy and learned my lesson. I pay my bills off every month and don't keep a balance. I can't believe how much interest I paid
