Not even kidding, that was the toughest cardio I've ever done 🥵 Pushed through with extra breaks and a couple of modifications! Can't believe week 3 is done already! Resting up tomorrow to prepare for week 4 😁

Heather Robertson cardio workout's are the best! I love that she doesn't add 12 pushup variations and claim it's cardio, just straight up heart pumping cardio!!

Congratulations to everyone who reached the end of the 3rd week without missig workouts! Especially those who survived this workout :) Already by the name HIIT Cardio it became clear that I would not get up from the mat :) But I crawled to the end, thanks to modifications. Reading on how tough this session was, i was so scared to hit play and was even thinking of skipping it. I managed to convince myself to start, pushed on through, and made it. Never underestimate your body, people!!! This 3 weeks with Heather has done something to our bodies beyond what eyes can see. Surprise yourself and keep pushing!

Still here. I'm 63 and the 55 plus class I go to, the reacher watches lots of videos and she found you and suggested you to me. Definitely a good challenge for me. Thanks for the mods. Sometimes I need them.

I think HR workouts are the go-to home workout. I'm 60, so I do rely on some of the modifications. With them or without them, these workouts keep me feeling strong and ready for all my outdoor hobbies. THANKS SO MUCH!
