Japanese Cotton Cheesecake Recipe (No Sugar)

Ingredients:
Ø 20 cm
- 450g cream cheese
- 90g butter
- 130ml milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 80g flour
- 60g corn starch
- 7g lemon zest
- 40ml lemon juice
- 6 egg whites
- 100g erythritol

Bake 160°C 30min, after that 140°C 40-50min
