14 Minute Restorative Heart Opener | Mountain Brook | Experiential Asana Clinic
Relax back into this short beginner friendly guided experience of mountain brook. This is a deeply restorative posture that is a wonderful alternative for Savasana. As a gentle heart opener, this posture gently works to support the mid back or thoracic spine to open up and release tension around the heart space. This can also help facilitate the release of energetic or emotional blockages held within the heart space.
This practice is designed to offer you a step by step experience of how to bring your body into the posture and then rest in stillness to explore the therapeutic benefits for yourself. Emerge feeling grounded and connected, yet spacious and open from this soothing supine posture.
*Please note that I am recording here in Costa Rica and so you might experience some background noise as part of the authentic Costa Rican experience! You might choose to put on your favourite relaxing yoga playlist.*
