Hello y'all if you've seen our Whey video from years ago you know we like Whey, its so useful to make so many things, help ferments like beet kvass and sauerkraut, high, preservative for mayo... like we can save mayo, its a great hair conditioner my mom feeds it to her dogs... The list goes on. To be clear this is "Acid Whey" kind of whey off yogurt, cream cheese, farmers cheese, kefir... "Sweet Whey" is what comes off of making cheese with rennet, its what they use for powder protein. We love double fermented whey, check out the video on how to make it!

You guys are GREAT! You combine ancient natural healing remedies with laughter, which is also great medicine! DOUBLE Whammer! My mom used to ferment milk on the window sill, so easy. We were the healthiest kids on the block. I am 64 now and haven't seen a doc for over 40 years, I feel so healthy :-) Keep it up!

Bro we've planted about 400 mulberry trees on our farm here in negros island philippines they are go ultimate survival fruit tree you can also make tea of the leaves and even eat the leaves do you know about mulberry trees or do you have any grown on your property for almost impossible to kill
