The simple awareness that everything is ultimately neutral in life allows us to know that negativity depends on perspective. We give the meanings to as what what things in life mean. A rainy day to one person might be a great day and to another a inconvenience. Focus and perspective. Great vid Teal.

This video is very nice synchronicity for me. Just few mins ago, I experienced a trigger that put me back into the feeling that I don't belong in this world. I was just expressing myself and sure enough there were people who started condemning me. This made me remember all of those times in the past where I was always misunderstood and where others used me as their scapegoat, seeing me as a problematic child, even the devil itself. I never really had anyone who was on the same frequency as me and it was very lonely. So what happened today, created that feeling inside of me again and it made me feel helpless because no matter what I do, there will always be someone who will say that I'm wrong. It makes me feel so tired inside of my soul. Like I always have to justify to others and like no one really gets me. So...I was crying because it felt so frustrating and this video came out in the right time... Thanks! :)

1. Self healing.
2. Gratitude list.(morning and evening)
3. look for positive aspects of a negative situation.
4. find the aspect of you that is hurt, talk to it and validate it.
5. Make a list of things that make you feel safe(and pick something from it when feeling unsafe).
6. Identify areas of life that make you feel unsafe, and brainstorm on then to make them better(take action to change the situation)
7. Beliefs to work on :
i) world is dangerous
ii) Universe is against me
iii) If i feel positvely, i will get hurt.

I'll admit that I can't always remember what she says and that it is hard for me to keep up with her. I have ADHD. But her looks, energy and voice have a calming affect on me. She has a way of putting me at ease, and I'm in a better place when I watch her videos. If she is reading this, I have to thank her for entering my life..

I remember when I was being humiliated in class, and after the fact I complimented this girl sitting next to me hair. I literally tried to do anything to take my focus off of the negative situation. Gradually I calmed down. Seriously, man. everything you say really helps. I'm going to try all of this stuff. I hope it works for me

Look into Jin Shin Jitsu - it's like Acupressure, but kinder and softer. Basically everything Teal is showing here. Our bodies were not created without the possibility of healing itself; your hands are like jumper cables of energy for yourself or to help others - as long as positive energy is the intention. Thank you Teal. I watched a part a video from people talking negatively about you. Iam sure lots of people have. No matter what they say I still think you are an amazing person. I hope you read this. I may not know you away from youtube how you live your life etc. But one thing I know is that you are really helping me to put my life together. I work with an angel therapist. I read on all intuitive help out there but sometimes I feel like they just don't get me complteley on certain things about my trauma. Its nice to hear from soneone who has been through trauma too. When you speak your advice is always on point. I really apreciate you and all your videos. Keep it up. God Bless. Thank you so much ❤

I like the fact she's got more 'scientific' in the most recent videos. There is not as much pseudoscience and pure 'spirituality', now it's gotten more practical and down to earth.
