i tried this process as i lay in bed last night before going to sleep, i thought of how it feels to think about the boyfriend who left me for another girl. at first i felt pressure in my chest, then waves of pulsations, i worked them out into the room, and soon i felt happy as a clam, and i peacefully drifted off to sleep... i feel much better about the whole situation now, i guess i can repeat the process until the negative feelings don't come up any more. Thank you Teal for everything!! : )

I've drowned my feelings with alcohol for years. I've been running from hurt and pain that was so unbearable that I thought if I were to face them I would give up on my life, but i did it anyways. I screamed and cried until I couldn't anymore. There was a stillness. In a way those painful emotions started to die inside and only "I" was left. It's a continuous process, but it's getting easier. Thank you Teal. :)

This was so helpful to be able to see the process in action. I was raised by a mother who punished me whenever I had feelings. I wasn't allowed to have feelings and not only not allowed to have them but I was berated and made to feel bad about them. So I held all my feelings inside and by doing that I became numb to any emotion whatsoever. If I never felt anything then I wouldn't be able to be hurt. This lead to major depression from my teens to mid 20's. I'm in my 40's now and finally allowing myself to feel my emotions. This is an invaluable technique and lesson. I'm going to teach it to my children.

I feel very depressed daily, however, I tried this recently and I felt better. And I just tried feeling my depressed emotions again as I watched you video and you're so right the emotion changes itself into emotions that feel better. I can't say I feel joy right now but I feel calm and allot more content.

THIS IS SO WONDERFUL. I saw this video yesterday and decided to apply today when i feel annoyed because i saw my friend has something i don't (this started from my lack of self love, self worth). I just stayed absolutely present and be with that annoyance, it moved from annoyance, to numbness (not wanting to feel), to annoyance again then numbness again (i almost think it didn't work because those feelings just keep repeating), but i decided to keep going with it, i can't just leave my feeling annoyed like that. But then it moves to anger, then sadness (i want to cry), and after about more than 30 minutes, it finally became an intense loving feeling. I want to cry too but now it is from a joy, loving feeling. Thank you so much!

I was just doing this exercise for myself and had an interesting thought. What is really happening is that during this exercise, one is putting a spotlight on the feelings and emotions. Now, when you focus on what you are feeling you are bringing light to it. Like watching a play, there must be light on the actors to see them perform. Same with emotion. But eventually, those emotions start to resonate with that light and bring you out of that funk or dark energy.

But to take that deeper, isn't that what enlightenment means? To become lightened. To shed light on oneself and to live in that light.

Light is the highest conceivable frequency in this dimension. That is the goal. Bring light to all things.

This exercise is wonderful. Thank you Teal for all you do.

Yesterday I was at a really low point, the kind where you want to hide under the covers and sleep all day. I was searching you tube to figure out how to feel better, and I cam across this video. It was refreshing to learn that I didn't HAVE to make myself feel better. I followed this video and allowed myself to feel my emotions and follow them and today I feel a new kind of energy. I had some cleansing dreams last night and feel a bit of "something" lifted today. I really believe this method is a huge reason why I feel better. Thank you!

With this process, you really could move through the process of changing your emotions over an event within 15-30 mins ((or a few hours, depending on the case/emotion)) instead of waiting weeks or months...! This is great, I'll have to share it~

This was helpful to me. I was at the end of my rope and didn’t know what I was going to do. My food had literally been sitting in my stomach in a lump for 7 1/2 hours and after doing this exercise (I followed along and did my own at the same time), my stomach is now more relaxed and it’s making gurgling noises because I think I’m finally digesting my food. Thank you, Teal! 💕💕 i’m going to do this every day, as many times as it takes. What a revelation.

Wow wisest video I’ve seen in years. I discovered this truth about 8 years ago that “following your feelings” was the true approach in finding out who you truly are and how to be yourself FULLY! You’re one of the ONLY teachers out there who said this and I’m grateful you exist for that reason. It’s hard when you know something works but you’re literally the only person practicing it.. finally I now know I’m not the only one who knows this truth. Thanks.

Ha! At first my body reeeeally didn't want to stay with these negative emotions. After all, I've been drowning them for ten years straight. It took me a long time to transform my negative emotions - but in the end it made me feel better. Not ecstatic but better. Thank you Teal

I think I am finally beginning to understand what Teal means by "learn to better feel." It's all about becoming aware of our feelings and emotions and then integrating them. The integrating part I did not understand until seeing this video. This video is really the key to integration! We don't need to change an emotion or feeling ... rather we need to BE AWARE OF IT (hence learning to better feel) and then kind of sink deeply into it instead of running away from it or trying to force change. By sinking deeply into it, it will naturally transmute on its own. A key point is to allow this process to work for itself without getting caught in the stories or why the feeling and emotion exists in the first place.

Gracella is a brave woman to put herself out there like that!!!

I think this is your most important video so far Teal. Most probably won't quite understand the significance of this particular insight. But this is the absolute key to true spiritual healing and self-evolution, to go deeply into whatever it is that you are experiencing and feeling in the present moment. This is the doorway to a new level of existence.

This is what I have been doing since I was a kid. I’ve always gone through my emotions. And she is right, they change on their own. When I am upset I have a playlist I listen to. It takes me through my feelings of sadness, depression and allows me to cry. Soon, within in hours, days, weeks, my music changes because I get tired of feeling depressed and I slowly move in a different direction. And I can let go of what hurt me and move forward with my life with no fear, without hatred or depression. I can forgive those who have hurt me. This allows me to live life. Laugh. Love like I’ve never had a broken heart.
