I used Lemon squeezed some juice in water, pain from my kidney stones stopped after a week. I made sure I had Lemon water before bed, because it stays in the kidneys and bladder all night healing unless you have to go to the bathroom at night. I believe it dissolved the kidney stones as I never passed any, which I was dreading since I heard they were painful to pass. I did this for 2 and a half weeks to be sure the kidney stones were gone.

The problem with sweet potatoes is they are very high in oxalic acid which can lead to the formation of kidney stones. I love sweet potatoes, but I use restraint, or else I could eat too much. I did enjoy the video, so thank you.

Thanks for Sustainability of Food Habit to put under control of Kidney Health. But there is missing onething and it is predominantly important to guide the quantity of Foods to be taken on each day from Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Overeating without any balance can also put limitation to Kidney working in order. So, proper diet comprising of multiple-choice items good for intake on daily basis vide helpful Chart would be beneficial for us. Good but we are confused to list out what would be generally suitable for us. Please examine. Overall Presentation deserves Thanks to Author.
