SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK SUBSTITUTE

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 Teaspoons of plain flour
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon of salt

Yes this is mainly for baking but you can use it for other things & the eggs are fine if you use it straight away :D

Yes it is. Well most of the recipes that this would be used for are baking so it will be baked but in general it's fine as long as it doesn't sit around for long :D
