Run away from mobilization: how many people left Russia?

preview_player
Показать описание
For a month and a half, the so-called partial mobilization, announced on September 21 by Vladimir Putin, has been going on in Russia. During this time, hundreds of thousands of Russians left the federation, hundreds of thousands more were mobilized and sent to the front. In order not to get to the war, some break their limbs, others demand alternative civilian service, and still others hide from the military commissars. However, leaving Russia remains the surest way to avoid mobilization. Read more in the material of our correspondents.

They should rise up like Romanians did or like the Iranian woman and men are. Nothing will change in Russia if the people don’t rise up.

Can you blame them? If mobilized you're given next to nothing or nothing at all for equipment for what? ... to go die in a foreign country for a leader who looks like a madman?

Even in Southeast Asia the russians were also largely avoided by fellow expats like a somekind of plague.

Russian mentality is well known in resorts and hotels when they use to go for vacation. Other nationalities often check if russians use the same hotel before they book their vacation.

I hope those who chose Serbia as their destination will explain to the local admirers of Putin's Russia what that country is really about.

All the best to Ukraine. I understand these Russians running away, but I don't repect that most of them were happy to stay in Russia before mobilisation, while others were doing the fighting in Putin's war.

Russia should be given one choice, cease and desist all military operations in Ukraine, withdraw all Russian forces and nationals to pre-2014 borders or prepare for NATO's special military spanking.
With the full backing of NATO's article 5, each of the EU countries should have already formally declared war last spring on Russia for attacking and invading Ukraine.
All Russian citizens or any Russian with dual citizenry within the EU should be detained as enemy combatants and imprisoned as POWs or deported back to Russia whether defecting or not. That's their only choice, detained for the entire length of the war or deported. It's more choice than the U.S. gave German and Japanese Americans during WW2 and it's more choice than the Kremlin would give EU citizens inside Russia today. The West could continue to keep our military involvement contained within Ukraine and political aims focused on globalizing sanctions as much as possible. Officially declaring war would justify stronger and stronger sanctions as a nonviolent, tempered response during official wartime and help Europe as a people understand, we, the West, are now truly officially at war with Russia. And as in all times of war, there are always the usual extra costs across society in general and the economy specifically, as well as personal sacrifices demanded of everyone. We are at war and must do whatever it takes to win ffs.
Although in the end, winning on the battlefield doesn't really work when you're fighting a megalomaniac who is highly trained to deny the reality of this war with every fiber of his subconscious being. Putin is just as brainwashed by the Kremlin propaganda as the rest of the mainstream Russian population. The West has been in denial of ourselves as well, all mostly to avoid the idea of having to face nuclear war in the end. But we're also caught up in maintaining our own propagandistic version of ourselves and the world. Because anybody on the planet who still thinks we have all these thousands of nuclear missiles but we wont ever use them, still ain't got both eyes open. Putin will never accept defeat, it's part of his special combat training. He's subconsciously trained to remain in denial of defeat at all costs. It's like a hypnotic order being carried out in a trance, where conscious rationality no longer exists. It's like a computer running software that's running a program and now the program runs the hard drive. Since the 1950s KGB/FSB mind-control has rooted itself in successively deeper and deeper layers of the subconscious as well as all levels of Russian command. Like the matryoshka doll, a doll within a doll within a doll... So negotiate concessions? With who? There are only a very silent few at the top of the Russian government who still have their lights on and they are not coming forward at the risk of imprisonment or death.
Every Ukranian knows from the past 40 years or so that Russia will just say one thing and do another, like the KGB always does. And now every Ukranian knows as well, if they stop fighting they'll be dead, the whole country. Ukrainians can't stop and Putin won't stop, not until he's dead. So most likely this winter this war will escalate into the rest of Europe with NATO against Russia until in the end the US and Russia go nuclear on each other. When Putin is rattling his nuclear saber, that's when we are safe. Putin saying he would never use nuclear weapons is the first step in his plan to conduct a nuclear strike. That's why the West should just nuke tf outta Moscow right now and completely de-kremlinize Russia while we can. There will be no Russian retaliation, cut the head off the snake and the rest of the serpent is useless. All totalitarian governments and their militaries are always staffed with only those types of people who follow orders and never give orders or who will take command upon themselves, but especially so with Russia right now. For generations in Russia, blind obedience has been the #1 personality trait required for the govt. job, before the KGB's subliminal incentive to never think for yourself or you'll be executed. Nuke Moscow and the KGB now, de-kremlinize Russia. It would save the rest of us a lot of time, money and trouble. 20 or 30 or 40 years from now my friends, the survivors won't care who was right or wrong. SLAVA UKRAINE!

We all need to also give credit to UA TV, who have shown their own courage and bravery in sharing news and adding phrases like “unconfirmed” for the sake of disclosure.and transparency. And maybe even score some interviews with high profile people, like the Sec. of State and their counter parts. Those stories are like to globalize and polarize what is happening to make the average citizen of additional nations step up and protest. UA TV is a voice in the wilderness of war. THANK YOU UATV, and as always Slava Ukraine!

Sadly it will be those who can't afford to run who will be left and forced to fight. So sad, what a mess.
