I'm disabled and have suffered from some pretty depression over it. Your videos have helped me to start getting over some things and getting my body back into shape. I'm quite poor since being disabled so I can't afford trainers or anything so thanks a bunch the videos, routines and information as well as motivation that you provide! I look forward to more of your videos in the future!

Hey, Chris! I've started making ginger shot smoothies based on your smoothie video. I use less ginger because it's so strong, and no one local carries turmeric root, but I'm still starting to get the orange, lemon, bee pollen, and pepper in my diet. I know this will make me healthier. Thanks again!

Personally I used to be really skinny. I used to be known as the skinny kid at school. I’m now turning 18 soon and I’m not exactly the skinny kid anymore. I’ve gained some weight and was super insecure about it. It’s been almost 4 weeks of training hard, eating healthy, and watching Chris Heria for inspiration. I put together a whole binder where I print out pictures of what I’m doing, eating, and my progress pictures. I’ve been going all in and got to say I couldn’t have even gotten started without the inspiration of Chris Heria

Hey man, I'm with the US Marines (Active) and i really enjoy these videos! I've been on-and-off working on my own calesthenics and this has given me a lot of motivation to push forward. Thank you for the help and if you want to do any events in schools, to try to help the next generation of kids see the light* on how workouts and fitness in general can strenthen both the body and mind reach out!

your literally my inspiration bro I've from a very bad town Stockton California where alot pf shooting people doing everyday from violence and drugs. And I wqs is all of that 17 18 years old now I'm 19 ive been working out focusing and it's really separated me from the problems and all the bs that happens here everyday. ir videos keeps my mind focus nd gives me inspiration to work out everyday so I can achieve my dreams. I've been working on bien a boxer so Ur workouts nd just u inspire me so much. Please keep doing what you doing. Your helping people in so many different ways. here's my example

update: Been working out for a month now seen incredible results . been running three miles everyday for my boxing training no weights yet but my body nd endurance is really crazy. I also can't eat fast food no more I notice how it really hurts My stomach. that's when i really noticed my body is getting way healthy. my mind had never been more clear than now in my life. I can actually focus on what I want to do Thank you again

I used to see that running a mile burned basically the same calories as a slice of bread and got discouraged. But I've now learned that instead it should push me to take more care about what exactly I put in to my body. After that mindset change, I've already noticed improvements I've only dreamed about! 💪🏾
