Is there a way to see what zigbee devices you have on the hub of a studio or echo+ before factory resetting those?

What about if i have a 3 rd gen and want to upgrade to 4th gen? All my settings devices routines will be deleted if i setup the 4th gen? Is any way to keep all of my settings? Would be great a video with an upgrade

I have 3rd generation and my echo dot is not responding at all - no voice, no lights.

My Echo Dot has worked well for several years. The other day music started cutting out and then it went offline altogether. I have tried every suggestion I can find, including the de-register. It tells me the ATT password is not correct even tho I just changed it and am trying the new one. Any other ideas? A new Echo? Thx!

Show top view and point to each control button. Also don’t jump to factory reset in assumption we are getting rid of it…..I am trying to get it working again after I unplugged it.

Alexa Exho second generation, please speak slower explaining what to hold and when now in set up mode, explain how to do this, press? Why not tip device for us to see exactly what is being done, have tried everything to restart, all videos, none speak as clearly as you and since I am a beginner, need all info . Thanks
