Jason I'm a roofer I fell about 6 ft took 5 months off, I Trained light 20-30 reps the burn is unbelievable with little rest my gains came back quick maybe bigger nowm

I milk cows for 8 hours a day 5-6 days a week atm. It seem to make my back wider from lifting/holding the milking machines so many times. But I still work out in the evening with actual weights and Jasons advices. Thanks for sharing so much great stuff.

Thanks Jason, interesting tip in this video about hitting every muscle group light for 5-6 days to fill back up as fast as possible. The context you used here was for a long layoff, but do you think this type of protocol would also be helpful for a shorter layoff (like 2-4 weeks of cutting), or in a shorter time frame is it better to just jump right back in the normal programs that we use?

Hey Jason Push pull legs everyday works best for me ! Should i Switch incline flat or Sometimes Start with shoulders becouse the you got the Most Power in the First exercise! On the Other Hand i Always to flat at First the incline then shoulders and get good Progress ITS Just becouse of the Focus

I do train similarly whole body every day but i alternate every other day low rep to high rep, mostly because i don't have that heavy weights as i work out with the little stuff i have at home, the weight is enough for heavy rows, chest, arms, etc. This way i keep frequency high burn lots of calories and i feel very healthy working out often without killing my muscles and fatigue myself. You really get in tune with your body.
