Soleus Stretch | Achilles Tendon Stretch Exercises

A Soleus stretch is beneficial for lengthening your soleus muscle, improving your gait, and helping to recover after exercise. Your soleus muscle plays a significant role in ankle flexibility.
Stand on a step with your heels over the edge of the step. Bend your knees and lower your heels until you feel a pull on the back of your lower leg. In some instances, the stretch may be felt on the back of your knees. Hold in this position for the desired amount of time.
