These exercises are some of the most extraordinary things I've ever experienced—and that's saying a lot. I can go from a 6–7 on the pain scale to a 1 or 2 in 90 seconds flat. I've never experienced anything that powerful except maybe anesthesia. Bravo—these are incredible.

Wow. I'm saving this one!!! I'm very physically fit for 40+ yrs becz i was diagnosed w scoliosis at age 20. Remaining strong and flexible seemed the best way to manage it as I aged. I stayed at it for 40ys. But due to Covid lockdowns i was not able to easily maintain self therapy w/o a gym. I started having pain plus balancing issues. 1st time in 70+yrs of life, i sought PT for my scoliosis. PT used exercises same or similar as yours and it helped immensely to get me back on track. Also, after I progressed, then they began to add similar moves using weight machines and color coded elastic bands. Is this something you can also demonstrate for us? Thank you so much for this exceptional video.
