Those of you that can sleep, walk and sit in peace should feel so lucky because I can’t do any of those without pain for the rest of my life, I’ve had scoliosis since the age of 8 and I’m 20 now

It would be much more illustrative if you provide the exact picture of a proper pose and props (pillows, towels) positions for each type of the scoliosis at the same time as you demonstrate it by yourself. Thanks!

I am watching this a year later but just wanted to say that I have been using instctively pillows like this for years without knowing that its actually the right way to sleep. I just always found that when Iused pillows there wouldn't be pain in the morning. I have had scoliosis from childhood. Thank for sharing your knowledge, that's why I have subscribed.

what helps me most is stretching throughly before bed, i have a mild s curve, it has improved over the years not really sure how because i didn’t do anything the doctor said :/ but pillow propping is very key! even implement it in your stretches, my favorite is to position my hips beneath my spine either by hanging my legs off the bed or using a pillow for my upper body, you get a very nice stretch by extending the tailbone

I have an S shaped scoliosis with a curvature on left side but left shoulder is lower ...on while sleeping straight which side should be provide support with pillow?

It's a great video, but I still don't understand why we should sleep on the right side if we got the right thoracic curve.I meant if our body is lying down on the right side, won't it even sink in the mattress and make the curve even worse?

Hi so when I’m sitting down I’m getting pain to the back lower left of my ribs which side should I sleep? I have no pain on my right side just feel as if I’m leaning to the left and squashing my left rib

Can you give advice for those of us with the added challenges of painful steel rods, fusions & painful large bone grafts & aging process pushing the few mobile vertebrae left that are locking up into worse positions. The rod is pressing hard into my lungs & heart compromised. Im in my 60s. Thank you for these videos 💕🌸
