This video shows you how to use a Meglio Resistance Band to strengthen stability within your ankle. We'll show you how to exercise using 3 different techniques, Eversion, Inversion and Plantarflexion to build up strength and stability. We suggest completing 10-12 reps for each exercise. Once pain free you can begin natural rotation of your foot to accompany the other exercises. how many sets of 10-12 repetitions for each exercise? I'm assuming it's one set for each exercise (eversion, inversion, and plantar flexion).

I also want to know how long we do these exercises. I don't want to under exercise, but I also don't want to over-do it either.

If I have an inversion sprain is it ok to do both the exercises ?

Im currently recovering from a ankle injury & when i do the 1st exercise the ankle eversion with the band my ankle starts shaking its actually abit painfull

any advise on how i can get around this or Is the pain normal?

Do these apply to CRPS? It's a long story but I'm having to do all my own PT, without an actual advisor. Just throwing out questions to people who may know.
