This video shows you how to use a Meglio Resistance Band to strengthen stability within your ankle. We'll show you how to exercise using 3 different techniques, Eversion, Inversion and Plantarflexion to build up strength and stability. We suggest completing 10-12 reps for each exercise. Once pain free you can begin natural rotation of your foot to accompany the other exercises.
