Export from Power BI to Excel 12 ways - NEW in 2023

You can now export from Power BI to Excel in 12 ways including the new way to export a table and keep the data refreshed in Excel. The already existing way to export a "featured table" to a "Data type" in Excel is extraordinarily useful but rarely implemented.

Often I want to export data in as few clicks as possible to play around in Excel. It can be static and Power BI's built in way is slow, so I have an unusual method to screenshot it and use Excel's new "Get data from picture" feature that I showcase here too.

hey it very usefull thanks " I have a doubt. I am facing an error while refreshing the data, as I downloaded it to include. I cannot solve the issue, so I decided to convert the Excel file and open it in Power BI. However, I am only able to retrieve the data table and not the pivot. Is there any other way to solve this issue? I need to refresh the Power BI data, but I have already tried changing the location and so on, which did not work.

this looks like it could solve a big issue for me but for the first method, when I right-click the table, I don't see the "Export data" option. How do I solve this?
