Hello, I am not able to export the underlying data for some visuals on my dashboard and I have also allowed user to export the underlying and summarized data in the option and settings but still the export to underlying data is greyed out. can help me out in this?

How can we have underlying data in Excel that is linked with Power BI dataset. This would help do away with Export and only refresh in Excel would update the data.
