It includes takibg apart the CHRA, crackvtesting everything, polishing or undercutting the turbine shaft, undersize bearings, new seals, rebalancing, and other steps that may go beyond that.

Don’t forget to get it quiver balanced. Otherwise the compressor wheel will destroy itself at very high rpm’s and damage the bearings plus oil seals in the C.H.R.A

Se tem torquimetro e luvas, o serviço esta correto.
Não precisa trocar os mancais nem balancear, nem limpar nada, o torquimetro digital faz tudo automaticamente.
Agora imaginem o servico porco do Zé da esquina lavando as peças, jateando, pintando, trocando os mancais e balanceando o conjunto, tudo isso sem luvas e sem postar video dançando no tiktok, Deus me livre dessa gente porca isso não é mecanico!
Um mecanico de verdade só precisa de luvas torquimetro e tiktok.

Damage shows clearly a FOD damage to the compressor. In most cases the shaft is bent anyway. Hence no way without balancing. But using a torch on a brandnew aluminum compressur is top of all. Then using an electronic torque wrench and still overtightening shows also no professionalism. Unbelievable....
