Rebuild without balancing and testing ...thats a good one...still you have to appreciait for what they have for tools and knowledge .

Nice to see some jobs done on the workbench instead of on the ground. Apparently there must be satisfied customers. These people are contributing to their society. Respect

Watching this from India. I have to say this. Just wow! Pakistani mechanics are just awesome. If only our countries had great friendship, I would have personally driven my vehicles over from Rajasthan to have to have them serviced by these skilled hands. Imagine how much business would flourish had things been better. Anyway, hoping for better future, I am parting my words here. Amazing guys. Fantastic work on that turbo.

Thank you from the Highlands of Scotland. Unbolted the turbo but couldn't get it apart. This fantastic young lad showed me how. Love everything about this video. Hope your all in good health. Best regards from Norrie the highland Ninja.

Now I know what the inside of a turbo looks like. Whoever said you can't learn something from YouTube hasn't seen a YouTube video. These guys are legit

Not sure if I’m more impressed that this “Dr” mechanic has amazing skills and speed or the fact his hands are so clean (for a mechanic)! Kudos to his assistants too.

Turbo repair without dynamic balancing is a shot in the dark. If you want reliability you can't skip it.

Thanks for the video. But, balancing marks of the rotating parts? Torque values of the C. Wheel and the clamps? Axial - Radial clearances? CS - TS gaps?

Man this kid reminds me of me!! I did my first side job at 11 or 12 years old. I swapped a cast-iron intake manifold to an aluminum intake on a 1970 buick skylark 455. I started working on vehicles around 6-8 years old. Yes I was cleaning engine blocks with gasoline with NO PPE... Big deal🤣!! Thats what makes/made us all men... Great video keep up the good work and tell the young mechanic he will be a great mechanic and he will be followed bot tons of youngsters in the future😊!

yes.
this little boy and all the others in these videos learn very early tons of practical skills, and if they are smart, they find out much more with learning by doing and trial & error.
but many/ too much they will never learn, because instead sitting in school, they work and so they never learn, how to read and understand a manual in english, or even understand the physics behind the stuff they work on.
here on this video the consequence is very good to see:
the treatment of the rotor and especially turbine during dismantling- the balance of this is fucked up completely after -because the rotor runs 60.000-80.000 rpm, so very small changes off balance create very big forces, destroying the bearing very fast. (an off-balance of 1gr means ~100 kg centripetal force at rated speed...)
spray painting the compressor wheel makes the same effect.

Yup, you won't hear me complain about working on my cars no more. These guys are doing it with sandals on...🤣🤣💪🏾💪🏾
