His routine in a list:
0:00 - wake up at 6am with 8 hours of sleep.
0:30 - Say positive affirmations
0:56 - Don't check phone in the morning
1:35 - mindful brushing at 6:05am
2:12 - Meditate for an hour at 6:30am (breath work, visualization, mantra)
4:05 - journaling "attention, intention, and gratitude"
5:15 - Exercise (tennis) 8am
8:29 - breakfast (chia seed breakfast bowl)
9:28 - tea 10am

Thank you so much Jay Shetty 😊🙏I am trying my best to get up earlier to have time to pray and meditate as well. You just gave me a lot of ideas of how I can structure my day for I could enjoy it a little more than before. I also want to be more aware of what I am doing without even thinking. Therefore I think that by doing different styles of meditations I can eventually better that.

Great daily routines. But they are actually for those who have no jobs or for those who have no problems with money. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to spend their daily time as they want because of work. But, still you motivate people to step out of comfort zone. Your speech is perfect and convincing. Keep your records, Jay.

OMG 2hrs of meditation...I can do 3 hours gym workout every day but I am not doing 15 mins a day of meditation.. u are awesome jay!!
No phone in morning is good one!
