I feel like it should also be mentioned how Bloodmoon Ursaluna is basically what Tinkaton could have been if Tink had a massive ATK stat to go along with Gigaton Hammer like Ursaluna does with its Special Attack and Blood Moon.

Manaphy deserves mention for how it revitalized rain. Basculegion + Manaphy + Floatzel do nothing defensively but offensively they are completely capable of shredding entire teams by working together to overwhelm the enemy with superior rain power.

Surprised to see Furret in honourable mention but no shoutout to Shiftry. Similar to Furret, it no longer completely sucks with getting both hazards, Explosion, Will-O and gaining Wind Rider which it can take advantage of with Tailwind.
