@speedokote Man you just pushed me back 20 year's when I was growing up in the family's old restoration shop. My great uncle ALWAYS went the distance and payed attention to little details like the right surface prep you demonstrated and how such a small thing makes quality finishes. Just got a box of Speedo-goodies in. SpeedoKut paper, fisheye eliminator, gun cleaner, clear activator and finishing glaze. Compounding products have went thru the roof, I think the Speedo select is still a decent value and I will be switching to that. This stuff arrives pretty fast, too. Ordered off the website. 👍

One other thing, do you guys carry inter clear/mid clear? Or do you take the riskier method and just put pearls in your Clear?

You could use diluted ammonia for bug guts. Buffing is still a good idea but the ammonia removes most of it.

So I had two quick question I hope you can answer them so how do you mix the speedo coat blending solution or is it one of those products where you just pour it in the gun and second with that reducer did you just pour it straight in the gun or was there anything else mixed in it i just wanted to add that trick to my arsenal

I've used SMR130 clear for motorcycles, now I'm getting ready to paint my GTO. Question, for overall clear coat which would be better SMR130, or SMR42? I like the SMR130 but never used the SMR42.
