Prime day is no joke, I got a $160 Cuisinart toaster oven for $60! It was a great addition to my college apartment. They require 4-year residential housing (on-campus) and the ovens were so crappy. I never used the oven, just used my toaster oven

I've had Costco for years and years. Could not stand going there due to the extremely long lines. They don't seem to move quickly either. Now my wife is an accountant. Somehow she can add up the price of what we buy in a huge cart .... possibly two carts of items down to within a few bucks of what it will be at the register. Its amazing... she isn't quite Rainman (thank heavens) but she is good with numbers. In ALL THE YEARS we went to Costco.... my "slightly nuts accountant wife" has never said "wow, we saved money". Nope not ever. Not once... EVER at Costco. In fact... she has said on almost every trip. "We don't need this over sized amount of stuff and as it turns out... it isn't even that much cheaper than just picking up a more manageable size at the grocery store". Now I am only talking about the things WE buy. Not you all. You might be an avid Costco shopper and go back for the things you know you and your family will use from Costco and maybe you love double doses of everything. However, I could not care less if their quality was through the roof and the prices were like at a garage sale. The LONG LINES are like waiting for a ride at DISNEY. Expensive and NOT THAT FUN. Walmart on the other hand. I can get in and out in mere minutes and never stand in line. The quality of the food is just fine. As good or better than chain grocery stores and not nearly as crowded as Costco. MY TIME is worth more me to me than any Kirkland products. My time should not be spent on standing in lines guys. Thanks for your video Matt and I Love how you say you "Love" everyone at the end of your videos. I can't stand it when people say "smash" that like button and putting their hand over the camera to end it. Can we please get rid of "smash the like button"??? Love you Matt.

On July 3,   CNBC reported that Amazon Prime Day is now set for October. CNBC says that it obtained an email that Amazon sent to third party sellers to use October 5 as a "placeholder date" for Prime Day 2020, but the email also reportedly said that "exact Prime Day dates have not been announced" and that "a definitive date will be announced as we get closer to the event".
