Here in New Mexico, city council was pizzed the PD was racking up millions in payouts/violations/insurance payments. This just adds to the burner. Somebody in that city/county... send it to the insurer... gauranteed they will act on it w/in 24 hrs for their monetary gain. Let the PD feel the heat explaining it to the city council.

No you're spouse to file a complaint with the post office and on the police if they try to trust pass you and file a complaint on them too but this was a old one of you

I hate going to the USPS as they are the most inefficient bunch of people I have ever met. It is almost like you have to perform on that level to carry on the tradition. I will pay more at UPS in order to escape slothville at USPS. I worked for that government agency one summer and I am not proud of it.

Wrong officer, its called freedom of assembly on public property which is the 4th element of the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. That means its constitutionally protected. You can not do anything to him for this. Plus poster 7 and a March 2018 DHS memo clarifies that he can be in public areas of federal buildings. And yes, all post offices are federal building even with all the changes being made. All post offices in this country are part of the executive branch of the government and will continue to be. If you harass this man for being on post office property or trespass him, you will end up in federal court. Also in several post offices, only the postal inspectors have authority there. Also since it is federal property only federal charges can be brought against anyone that commits a crime. That officer means that your loitering statute does not apply on federal property. I can keep on naming reasons why you can get in serious trouble here, but these cover the most important. So if you want to enter federal court without your qualified immunity, then be my guest.
