DeWitt should be behind bars. The fact that he's been convicted multiple times, with tons of evidence, and continues re-offending shows that he will not change until his punishment is increased.
It's disgusting that he's been allowed to just walk free on bond so many times.

i spent almost two full years impersonating a deputy sheriff, I carried a gun and a badge, tracked suspects, and investigated many crimes. I never had any issues from police, and the community was nothing but happy when they saw me.
