Been a PC gamer as long as it’s been a thing, but this is the first 5 year mark that I decided not to do my usual upgrade to a new gaming rig. Got a Series X instead (Which is well over twice as fast as my current PC/gpu) and I couldn’t be happier.

No more trouble shooting, driver issues or juggling dozens of graphics settings for optimal performance with console - just instant gratification, turn on and enjoy. Now I’ll simply upgrade to latest XBOX once every 5-6 years, sell old one and likely continue to have access to all the games I buy going forward. All the PC tinkering was fun when I was younger, but the luster has worn off with age.

I actually discovered this Channel today, I’ve always been a console fanboy since the ps1, however because of your videos, tutorials and knowledge I’ve started making the leap to building my own pc from scratch! Will probably go horribly wrong, however it’ll be a good experience and hopefully, a new world of gaming that I’ve put off for far too long 👍🏻

I decided to go with the p.c finally. This whole "out of stock" for next gen consoles kind of put me off of even trying to get 1 of those. But now that I'm looking at p.c builds and specs it's like a whole new world was right in front of me the whole time.

Too many youtubers don't mention the vast library of games available to PC gamers. Games like Insurgency or Squad offer just another level of stretegic gaming experiance not available on console.

I’m not sure if it’s just cuz of the videos I’ve seen, but his desk setup makes me feel so relaxed now when I think of gaming PCs...the whole setup he has 😂 (it’s clean, basically)

I agree that both are wonderful hardware but the fact where I agree the most is that with the PC you can do so much more than just gaming, it’s a workstation and a Hub! 🔥

I love building my PC. When I decide it's time to upgrade, I research for days/weeks to narrow down the hardware choices. And sticking to a budget is IMO even more exciting because with an unlimited budget, everyone can build a beast of a PC. Also, I became addicted watching temps and %-s while gaming.
I would miss all this if I would switch to being a console gamer.

Built my first gaming PC last month and love it! I thoroughly enjoyed researching and finding out how to do things. Marcus your channel helped a lots, thank you. Now with my beauty of a machine, I have so much funs tweaking the system, changing the fan curves and RGB settings etc. Choice ad flexibility and great on PC! :)
