obliques are just like any other muscle, they wont automatically get huge if u train them lmao its like when girls say "i dont lift weights because i dont want to get too big"

I agree with Martin. But just to be sure, even though I train lateral spinal flexion, I use only my bodyweight.
I want to do more research on the effects of obliques training on hyperthrophy of the same

Edit: my obliques haven't got bigger/thicker/blocky/ecc. or if they did, they did so little I can't even notice

For real foghts aka bare knuckle you dont need crazy rotational power. Id argue a lead hook just with the power from the arm is enough to ko someone if it lands clean on the chin especially if you a strong dude
