“Tony Stark” in our MCU will end up being an adopted Victor Von Doom. His arc in the MCU will be a testament on how the future of a child can be affected by how they are raised.

In End Game when he’s in the elevator with Howard, when Howard says Maria is pregnant Tony has a weird look on his face and asks him how far along she is.

In other words Tony knows it’s too early to get him, and as far as he knows he’s an only child.

I’m willing to bet that kid Maria had was Arnot Stark. I bet, while Howard was working with Zola looking for the tesseract, he comes across a young Victor Von Doom (after his father is killed, long after his mother is killed), and he raises him as his own- naming him Tony.

In the Fantastic Four Universe- that never happens and as a result, he becomes Doctor Doom.

It makes sense.

I think they had a plan for something with RDJ going into Endgame. The two things that always seemed weird to me in that movie is his reaction to Howard Stark when he says his wife is pregnant and the whole “You mess with time, it tends to mess back.” line. The look on Tony’s face when he says that to him it makes me think that the math was off it was supposed to be him. I think maybe there were complications and maybe they lost that child, so they adopted “Tony” from an orphanage in Latveria. That whole time line never sat right with me either. Maybe it was in reference to the glitch getting the original Power Stone in 2012, but I just thought there was more to that thought.

The only three things that made the story pivot were 1. The passing of Chadwick Boseman RIP. 2. The popularity of Majors as He Who Remains, and 3. Majors catching a case. I fully agree with that, and came to comments to say what was said at the end of this video. Doom being RDJ reveal was going to be a huge surprise when he would take Kang’s power, and we see his healed face for the first time. They just gave it away as an emergency plan to bring hype back, and, since all things Kang are forgotten, gave a lot of Kang’s plot points to Doom right away. BUT I always thought there had to be more to the reveal. Something else, that will still make the surprise worth it. Like this is not being a variant but our actual Tony. Or the thing that Josh is always preaching of 616 Iron man being a Doom variant.

With the influences in the comics, especially the Jonathan Hickman stuff, I don’t see how anyone could not believe Doom was the big villain. I never read those stories but anytime Josh brings that story arc up Kang isn’t even mentioned.

Now I know Josh is biased with his love for Doom. But the meat and potatoes of the story, the core essence, the major player was Dr. Doom. And if Kang was involved, he was just a footnote in comparison.

Now I do believe he would have played a role of some kind but there’s just no doubt in my mind Doom was always going to be the biggest baddie.

Doom was definitely a later pivot made because of the Kang debacle but they’re using scoopers to give this course correction validity & instill confidence in the brand. All reports said Doom was supposed to be a villain for phase 7 until Ant-man did poorly & Jonathan Majors was found guilty for frantically running away from a white woman

I can believe that Doom would be the villain in Secret Wars. Somewhere between Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars they could have introduced Doom and have him take Kang’s powers. I don’t think RDJ as Doom was ever the original plan.

This is by far One of your BEST videos mainly b/c i remember many of these reports in the past and YOU putting them together like this Makes soooo much sense along with the NEW idea that marvel isnt just throwing out all of those story lines that were suppose to be in other movies, instead they ARE putting those story lines In their bigger projects which HAS BEEN confirmed by Disney . So when u put ALL those stories together THIS whole thing makes Sense and even though I DO BELEIVE that Doom was suppose to be bad guy in Secret Wars I believe Kang was suppose to be the Big Bad AND Big Good leading up too it. i believe Moon Knight along with F4 (just like the Comics) was suppose to tackle the Kang from Egypt, Immoritus would go up against Dr Strange, and a Kang varient would be a Good guy and join the young Avengers which is one of the stories that wasnt included in THIS VIDEO. I just believe in the end Doom would be recruited to help Defeat the Kangs but turn on Dr Strange and F4 and the TVA in the end and be the big bad of just the two part Secret Wars Fantasti c breakdown and in less than a Yr we will see Proof that Josh was either Right
