In Bengaluru, a woman has accused an auto driver of harassment and physical assault following the cancellation of a ride booked through the Ola app. The incident occurred when the woman and her friend canceled one of their two booked autos, leading the driver to follow, verbally abuse, and threaten them. The woman posted a video on social media, alleging that the driver tried to snatch her phone and slapped her.

Ola has described the situation as "alarming" and promised an investigation. Additional Director General of Police Alok Kumar confirmed that action would be taken. The auto driver has been detained, though the woman has not yet filed a formal complaint.

The autos works for Ola company, the auto drivers has no right to abuse the customer. The customer books the ride in Ola and not with the driver directly. Ola has given the option to cancel the ride, and its the right of the customer to cancel it at any time. This driver should be put behind the bars for his rude abusive behaviour.The drivers should deal their problems with Ola company and not with the customers.

OLA is another useless organisation . Auto no is not the same as that figured in APP.
Further use filthy language. Sometimes the fares would become 3 or 4 times that of regular fare all of a sudden, if traffic is heavy. It is nothing but exploitation of the situation. Very bad.
