Bengaluru News | Auto Driver Slaps Woman For Cancelling Ride In Bengaluru

A woman in Bengaluru was harassed and allegedly slapped by an Ola auto driver after she cancelled her ride booked through the ride-hailing app. A video of the altercation, shared on social media, shows the auto driver and the woman arguing, during which he tries to snatch her phone. The driver has been arrested, police said.

What about the many times cab drivers cancel the trip? After booking a trip, the cab driver calls and confirms the destination and then conveniently cancels the trip. They cancel coz they don't want to go to that destination. Are cab drivers and the company not accountable? Cab drivers need to be penalised as well, for cancellations.
