What ill suggest is to make incision on the eggs after they are boiled and before put in the gravy! Just 2-3 scores on the sides. It will make a little gravy seap into the egg making the inside tase amazing too..

This reminds me of an Ethiopian dish called Doro Wat! (chicken stew) it’s an onion based dish with several spices, chicken legs and boiled eggs. It’s served on top of injera which is a type of fermented flatbread, I really recommend it 🇪🇹

Indian cooking has awakened my senses 😍 I never knew of the diversity of all of these spices until I started making my own chai. Now I am finding a love for all things curry. 😊❤ thank you for sharing. I saved this recipe and made it this morning, and it was incredible. 🙏 I was so eager to smell the spices frying in the pan and I was not disappointed.
