"DON'T TAKE THE BAIT"
Key tool to staying (emotionally, mentally, physically) safe when dealing with a narcissist.

I need some serious classes. You point out great skills that i never thought about. Many people jump to debate style conversations. Thanks for you videos, great examples.

Silence is a powerful tool. Don't be afraid to use it and be comfortable allowing pregnant pauses to make your point.

I used to have to testify in court, I was rather new to my job and was testifying for the crown attorney. The client's lawyer kept saying to me" I suggest to you, and stated his (clients )position... I replied "no you can't suggest that". The judge, crown attorney, the police officers, the stenographer broke up laughing. The judge "said Karen, I mean Miss Roe, you have to answer.

This video makes me wonder if we are members of the same world-wide Church, especially the "be comfortable with silence" tip. But I haven't seen any indication you are religious from any of your other tips. But I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and we have an example of staying in silence to let the other person speak in the Book of Mormon, so it's a fairly regular reminder brought up in teacher trainings for our lay ministry that silence is an important opportunity for others to think and consider the question posed.

Can you put all your Instagram content on YouTube?
Love sharing it with my husband but he doesn’t do IG.

Hi Jefferson.
Love your content, and I do follow you on IG. But I wish I could find your content on YouTube instead. Reason? IG promotes over-scrolling habits that can distract from personal growth. I find YouTube is much more controllable, searchable, and just an overall better experience for people who want to use content like yours for self improvement.
Either way - I'm a fan, keep up the great work!
