I went from only using pads to using a menstrual cup almost 2 years ago. I wish I had known about them before now. I spent the past 22 years feeling like I was wearing a diaper when I could have felt like I was free.

My question is really will I leak in the time that I need to rinse it ?

I've had a couple friends who stopped using cups due to BV issues. It's it possible they're not cleaning it properly? Any other advice? They want to use reusables, but have been told not to (same GYN told them both to stop using them, Dr. no longer trusted due to other issues).

today years old that i learned you can just reinsert a used cup lol. been using them for like 4 years now and i have been missing some days by using tampons or staying at home because i thought i absolutely had to clean it 😂 kinda wish i didn’t learn this bc my lazy ass might be taking advantage of this

I'm having an issue where the first day I get my period the cup goea in just fine but when its time to rinse and change it I cant never get the cup to sit right ever again. Any idea whats happening? I feel like my vaginas too narrow and my fingers are too short too so sticking it back in hurts /:
