Ive been a loyal card customer that has paid on time and putting more in my payments. Even though the statement balances are less then 6 month's ago my minimum payment is gotten higher because of interest and APR. I'm trying to reach out to my credit card debtor's but they won't consider a lower interest rate. It's becoming a vicious cycle now. I feel like a runner that can see the marker but is running out of energy before I can reach the finish line. I have about a year and I will pay off a car, and a student loan. The Fed is playing a cruel game with interest rates. I just don't know what to do.

If we haven't filed taxes in the last two years do we need to do that before filing for bankruptcy?
