Dear Alekseev,
Perhaps it could be compensated with the exercise of bringing the head back looking up, and trying not to stretch the neck downwards in everyday postures.
Thanks a lot for your teachings 🙏
Greetings from Buenos Aires 🙂

8:10 Perhaps try using a wooden figurine for drawing. You can adjust the little guy and explain at the same time.

I don’t know what my head weighs but it’s heavy, probably around the 5kg mark. I assume it tips forward due to looking at mobiles a lot and ending up with weak back & neck muscles.

Does this become more pronounced with age, and cause back pain.

So, by checking with a large mirror, it’s possible to see the head has moved forward as illustrated. At the lower end of the scale it isn’t noticeable that locking up of the structure is attributable to the knee joints when standing upright. Therefore bad posture alignment is found when the knees are locked rather than being flexible enough for self correction to occur. Is this the reason for transfer of pain elsewhere along the body structure? Perhaps training the knee joints to be slightly bent might be helpful?

I wondered if this could be a trick but I think I've figured it out. Basically your head is a pretty damn heavy object and the pelvis is using the spine to support the head like balancing a pole on your hand. Keep your head tall and looking at the horizon and your pelvis will situate itself in 'straight' position.

The question did make it click for me when I put it in practice but I think the wording was confusing

Nice idea starting with the alignment of the head and feet Overdoing pevis increases strain in the rear muscles of the leg and smaller back. Pulling out our chest doe not help. Head position is the cure to all? Sorry for not having shown any exercises to improveoveral back strain. Paul, 69
