i can only open the launcher and then when i poress on Launch, it dosent launch, the launcher just closes.

For those who are still having trouble launching genshin impact like pressing launch and closes, try this fix:
1. Open Device manager
2. Locate Display adapters
3. Disable the Nvidia (if u have)

It worked for me somehow but i cant run on high graphics but at least its still opening. Now, im trying to find a fix for opening genshin with nvidia running

i have a windows 10 and tried to launch the game but it does not open. whenever i click the launch thing, the menu disappears for a few seconds before it appears again, idk what to do-

Idk if I'm the only one but I already downloaded the game and I was playing it fine for a week. After that the game is telling that there is an update making me download another 12 GB

Tip: The game is not gonna pass from the warning if you are using intel integrated graphics.

Help! I could launch my genshin impact but there's no display. I am still in my desktop I know it launched my genshin impact because it changed the cursor to that of genshin impact and the background music is there as well

So I had a problem. Whenever I tried to launch the game, it didn't work. The launcher just closed and the game never started.
To fix this problem I did steps 1 and 3 from this video and restarted my pc right after.
It helped me so idk
I'll recommend to try and restart your pc and if it doesn't help, try doing the steps.

I played for 2 days smoothly without any problem. But on third day it stopped loading. Loading stops at second last of different drawings that appears while loading.

Hello guys if you have the problem when u press launch it just closes all of a sudden then try this download driver easy and check if your driver and stuffs are outdated then thats it. It worked for me hope it works for u guys too
