One thing I really like about it, is that the weapon recommendations only show weapons you have, so it’s clear that they aren’t trying to make you spend all your wishes, but actually just want to help beginners build their characters.

I’m AR 56 and I still think I would use this. Especially because it recommends what weapons to use on each character. It’s useful, like the artifact recommendation feature.

Words can't describe how proud I was that the characters I spent so long trying to work on and perfect were in the green. Maybe they aren't the world's best builds but I'm proud of myself for making builds that Genshin considers to be good!

Honestly I am AR 60 and I used this to improve my C5 Yoimiya. This is not just for beginners but can help people find gaps in their teams, maybe they need a better artifact with better stats for instance. It’s a great way to assess yourself compared to the player base

Between this, the artifact recommendations in that screen, and the talent recommendations in that screen as well; Genshin did a good job teaching you how to build. Only thing missing is a built-in team comp guide.
