Same for me. In fact I gave up smoking, drinking AND gambling at the same time about a year ago. No way could I just give up one of those addictions and keep the other two.

That anyone who watches this can stop, and live your life. Life is difficult as it is. When you throw drugs and alcohol in the mix you lose.

Been smoking and drinking for about 15 years, since I was a teenager, Ive tried a few times to quit/take breaks... I haven't had a drink since march 31st, havent smoked since april 21st. Im going to try for at least a year long break.

Well done!! I was the same, loved a drink but not to the point of being addicted to alcohol, but drank every day - but the only way I could quit smoking was to give up both because every time I had a beer I started smoking again. First few days were tough, but feeling better than I have done for years now 😊
