Taping for knee pain (Patella Tendon)

I use one tape like that instead of two and K-Tape really does have its benefits! I run 5 miles for my roadwork for boxing in the morning and it definitely helps me through the work day afterwards.

This did show me this way of knee support that works well for me than other tape methods that I tried. Thanks again!

As a physio I do say k-tape works wonders. But the way this has been applied isn’t really doing too much. You need to flex when applying so you can take load of the patellar tendon. Then relax to lift the patella upwards. Overall keep it up practice makes perfect

just tried this and it has really great knee support and restricts knee movement which is good for some people

I recently bought some of this for my knee pain and am unsure how to use it properly for my problem..
I had surgery on my knee in my teens to remove a fibrous band around the knee cap? And i had crystalized something or other behind my knee cap. I still have a lot of pain behind my knee cap now and issues out of it (yes i need to go to the dr but havent been able to just yet. Just trying to maintain till then).
I recently started biking and its making it hurt when i peddle. I have tons of braces but they can get uncomfortable under my pants which is why i wanted to try this tape.
Ive seen conflicting information on youtube on how to tape it. I dont want to do it wrong and make things worse if thats even possible.
