Man I swear, those videos are gold gems, I wish we can have more details about the diet, and how the cardio was done especially LISS cardio, overall I watched and rewatched those fat loss series for years and I'm greatful for them🙏

I'm glad you still make these, very entertaining and inspirational. I've seen most of these I'd say. I would say the format of these videos is already really good. The most obvious point to make is that more shocking/immense transformations are.more entertaining. So if the length of the transformation is longer or the client starts at a much higher body fat, and gets ripped, it makes for really watchable content

I CANT PUT INTO WORDS HOW MUCH I NEEDED THIS TODAY. I am 7weeks in and have dropped around 11 lbs so far. I was feeling super demotivated today because even though i do see a significant change in my physique from when i started out im still incredibly fat lol and nowhere near my goal physique. i was feeling so disgusted with my body i still am to be honest but this was a good reminder to "keep on going" i swear to god if i could just not come across any reflective surfaces for a few months this would be a lot easier for me lol also It would be incredible to have some more female transformations in the playlist! we have very few :(

The YouTube Algorithm brought me to your channel, this my first time watching this video. On February 15th I’ve started a whole U-turn I started to hit the gym. At the start I was at 200lb and as of now I’m now 183.3lb. I’ve been making it my mission to move as much as possible.. it doesn’t matter if I’m walking, playing tennis, playing Pokémon Go, or even run the track. I’m still an amateur in the gym, but I do want to be at the ideal weight and to focus on a bit of muscle gain. I’m not looking to be a body builder but just want to have that healthy lifestyle. That’s when I came across your video and many others too.. it just gives me the sense of motivation and learn from other on dieting along with gaining muscles. But video is definitely informative 😊

I watch these videos to remind myself that changing your lifestyle and getting into better physical shape is a marathon and not a sprint. The videos help motivate me for sure.

Only thing I would like to see in videos is the details of what workouts your clients are doing. However, I understand that you’re running a business and sharing the details of the workouts would undermine your online shop in which you sell the workout programs.

I appreciate your channel. It’s helped me a lot so far. I’ve recently started tracking what I eat a lot better, weighing and measuring my foods, etc.

I watch these videos for motivation.
I usually watch them when I'm cutting to remember just to follow the process.

I got a new job in Tokyo that involves a lot of socializing. I fell off the track. Been back on track the past month, abs are already coming back in. Videos like this help me.
