Why didn’t she park in front of the house to do her studying? She knew damn well the driveway had been rented to the tenant. It wasn’t a new thing. If I was the tenant, I’d be annoyed that she’s parking in my slot.

Of course, I have to wonder if she’s acting stupid, or if it’s not an act. She didn’t want to admit the plaintiff was picking up the tab for her housing, including utilities. She thinks she’s some kind of hero for buying her own food and the like.

The way I figure it, the plaintiff is putting up with an awful lot so he can be near his kids everyday. The defendant has a pretty good deal and seems determined to wreck it.

She opened her door "all the way, blocking him", to ask him if he wanted her to move? That makes ZERO sense and sounds kind of aggressive. As is sticking your head out of the window and shouting the same question(which she did first). He ignored her because he didn't want to start anything. I can't put my finger on it, but none of the Defendant's testimony makes sense. I can't wait for Part 3, I know JJ will reveal all😂. She's so good at getting to the truth and seeing through the BS.
