Ingredients (makes 12 muffins):

Streusel
97g All-purpose flour
50g Sugar
1 tsp Lemon zest
4 tbsp Melted butter

Muffin batter
325g All-purpose flour
198g Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Salt
250mL Milk
2 large Eggs
3 tbsp Melted butter
59mL Oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 cups Fresh blueberries

Made these muffins now. They tasted so good! I changed the amount of sugar from 198 grams to 100 grams. Added 1 Tsp of lemon zest into the batter. Thanks for the recipe!

I made these today and DID NOT REGRET. Absolutely delicious. Had to bake for a few more minutes on top for the streusel to brown. Ended up perfect!

My wife and I make these now every other week. Great recipe. We’ve substituted the milk for unsweetened vanilla almond milk because that’s what we’ve had sometimes, and the muffins are little fluffier. 5 stars

This is a great blueberry muffin recipe, I made this yesterday and they came out perfect. I used frozen blueberries and instead of 2 cups of blueberry I used 3 cups. Thank you for sharing.

I love this recipe! Reduce the sugar to 140g still taste good. Also add pecan to Streusel topping. Thanks for the video.

These were wonderful!!! Sharing is caring so “THANK YOU” for sharing your recipe😊 I’m not sure if I got it right, but I used 2 and 1/3 cup of four for the 325g of flour and 2/3 cup of flour for the 97g of flour, and 1 cup of sugar for the 198g of sugar and 1/2 cup of sugar for the 50g of sugar, 1 cup of milk for the 250ml of milk, and a 1/4 cup of oil for the 59ml of oil. I did not use the lemon zest. I added 1 tablespoon extra of melted butter in the streusel because mine came out dryer then yours for some reason, but they came out wonderful and I will definitely make these again. Thanks again I really love them💕

Wow! These were delicious. I made these a few hours ago but I only had enough blueberries to make 6 muffins, so I halved the measurements and they came out perfectly 😊
