Thank you for the tips! I PR’d my half marathon this morning at the San Francisco Kaiser Half! Went from 1:54:47 in November to 1:52:18 today! So close to 1:50!!! That’s my goal for my next race/training cycle

Really great info. Just finished my first Interval workout yesterday after CIM in Dec: 12x400m with with a 400m recovery. A brutal workout and like you said, it was frustrating. Have to remind myself that it takes time for the body to adapt.

Going from a 6-minute mile to a 5:30 hopefully in the next couple months! I'm dropping down from 5k and 6k training post-grad. Doing my recovery runs and hill work with my running clubs. I just gotta start focusing on honing in my 400 m repeats.

just ran 11 miles in 30 degree weather! I think in my case since my health was bad all of 2022 but quite a lot better now, I can actually "train" for once so hoping that will result in a drastic improvement!
